A kiwi
A banana
Half of an avocado
250 ml fresh orange juice.

For the most antioxidants, consume the fully ripened fruits. Just blend everything together until smooth and serve immediately.

This green smoothie will provide you with loads of vitamins and an energy boast! But why is that?

Let’s have a look at the ingredients:

Kiwis are rich source of vitamin C, K, E and fiber, which protect and boost our immune system, reduce the risk of cancer and prevent the formation of clots. In addition, kiwis promote healthy and beautiful skin, slowing down the aging process.

Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C and potassium, which lower the risk of heart diseases and hypertension, provide with energy and prevent depression. In addition, it is a great food for fighting obesity as it helps decrease sugar cravings.

Mainstream Sustainable Palm Oil Production in Ecuador

However, more and more palm oil is now being sourced sustainably with a help of the certification initiative promoted by a non-profit association Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) that aims to transform markets to make sustainable palm oil the norm.
