In general, ethical trade is very important for improving social and environmental dimensions. It helps to build businesses in a way that no ones' rights are abused. For example, companies, which stick to the ethical code of conduct, ensure:
- good working and living conditions;
- at least minimum wage;
- complying with Health&Safety Regulations;
- proper working hours
- respect to Human Rights
